Ram and Priya to get close in Bade Acche Lagte Hai...

The moment you all have been waiting for is finally going to arrive. Along with the slight nok-jhok that goes on between Ram (Ram Kapoor) and Priya (Saakshi Tanwar), the audience will soon witness some light romantic moments between the unusual couple of Sony TV's unique love saga Bade Acche Laggte Hai

As per the ongoing track, Priya has developed a soft corner for Ram whereas Sid (Mahesh Shetty) is trying his best to use Ashwin (Harsh Khurana) and ruin things between them.

However, our secret spy reveals that Sid's plan will be upturned as Ram will support Priya fully. This situation will bring Ram and Priya more close. We also hear that the cast and crew have flown to Australia to shoot the honeymoon sequence, as reported earlier.


We tried calling Harsha Khurana aka Ashwin but he remained unavailable for comment.

Pratigya to leap forward

When other production houses are doing it, can Spellbound and Walkwater Productions be far behind. Yes, we are talking about the lure of leap. Star Plus’Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya, the tale of a woman who fights against the prejudice and stigma against women in Indian society is all set to stride forward. However, instead of opting for the standard leap of 15-20 years, the show will take a short jump of three to four years, wherein the entire storyline will be changed.

We contacted the actors of the show and the concerned officials from the channel, but everyone preferred to remain tight-lipped on the development. However, Spellbound’s Pearl Grey admitted that the leap is around the corner.

“I can’t divulge much information, but I can say that till now you have seen Pratigya (Pooja Gor) as a dutiful wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law. However, now you will see a different side of her, which will be a motherly side.”

A source close to the show informed to us that after the leap, Pratigya will be seen in a new look and she will raise Shakti (Jaswant Menaria) and Kesar’s (Aalika Sheikh) child in the show.

Well, leap, leap all around. We hope this one will keep TV viewers engrossed!!!

No tears for Shweta Tiwari in new Sony soap

After having dominated prime time TV as Prerna Basu in Balaji's Kasautii Zindagii Kay for more than half a decade, actress Shweta Tiwari said no to TV dramas and soaps. Though she participated in reality shows, her fans were eager to see her back on a daily soap.

Well their wishes are being realized as Shweta, who won Bigg Boss season 4, will be seen in Sony TV's new soap Parvarish - Kuch Khatti Kuch Meethi.

Shweta will play mother to two teenagers in Parvarish and being a mom herself she feels very close to the character. And she is extremely excited about the show. "I was bugged as I was only shedding tears on screen and wanted to try something different. I feel the theme of the Sony show is very fresh and has never been tried on Indian television," says the actress. As reported earlier the show deals with the unique concept of parenting.

The show is scheduled to go on air on 21 November at 9.30 pm once Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 5 wraps up. The show also stars Vivek Mushran, Rupali Ganguly and Vishal Singh.

Rohit Purohit to enter Chandragupta Maurya

Rohit Purohit impressed the viewers with his boy next door image and once again the actor who plays a naughty and aspiring director in Zee TV's Sanskaar Laxmi will be back with a new look in Imagine's Chandragupta Maurya.

According to our source, "Rohit will enter as Bhadrasaal, a full on negative and powerful guy who will be hired by Dhananad (Sooraj Thapar ) to kill Chandragupta (Ashish Sharma) and Chanakya (Manish Wadhwa). Chandragupta has now openly challenged Dhananad so he approaches Bhadrasaal to defend himself."

Rohit Purohit was unavailable for his words on the same.

Looks like the upcoming spell in the show is going be filled by Bhadrasaal's evil deeds. Whether he succeeds in his mission or not is something we will have to watch.

Aditya Redij On holidays in Goa

The actor took time off for some urgent work, however, onlookers state that the actor was holidaying in Goa.

Imagine's show Sawaare Sabke Sapne - Preeto produced by Creative Eye has managed to strike the right chord with its viewers as the show has reached the #1 position on the channel in quick time.

The lead faces Aditya Redij and Ankita Sharma are rocking as a couple, now that the audience loves their chemistry on screen. But it seems that the actor's closeness with his girlfriend and ex co-star Natasha Sharma is creating a problem for the Aditya-Ankta on screen Jodi.

An insider informs, "Aditya recently asked for an off from the show to leave for some urgent personal work. However, it came as a shock to the channel and the production house when Aditya was spotted holidaying and having a gala time with his girlfriend Natasha Sharma."

TellyBuzz contacted Aditya Redij and he surprisingly denied the whole fact and said, "I was not in Goa. In fact I was in my home town Kolhapur as it had been three years since I went there. I had a pleasant time there after long."

Natasha also echoed the same tone of refusal.

Surekha Sikri unwell

Surekha Sikri who made a name with her stern portrayal of Dadisa in Colors' cult show Balika Vadhu is not shooting for the show at present, reason being her ill health. Surekha has been sick for quite sometime now.

A source says, "Surekha Sikri has been unwell since a few days and we also hear that she is constantly losing a lot of weight and feeling very weak and that's the reason she is not shooting as of now."

Surekha Sikri affirmed her condition and states, "Yes, I am not well and the doctors have advised me to take complete rest. I am not shooting for Balika now but as soon as I get well I will resume my shoot."

We wish Surekha Sikri gets well soon as the audience wants to see their Dadisa back on screen...

Amit Dolawat to enter Sasural Genda Phool...

Star Plus' Sasural Genda Phool is bringing in new entrants to make their show interesting. Amit Dolawat is the latest one to join the show. He was last seen on Sahara One's Hi! Padosi...Kaun hai Doshi?

An industry insider states, "Amit Dolawat will play the character of Abhishek, Sonali's (Hunar Hali) husband. Sonali earlier entered as Ishaan's friend. The couple will bump into Ishaan and Suhana in a restaurant. Abhishek will be shown as a psychopath who can go to any extend to prove her love for Sonali. In the future, he won't like Sonali's closeness with Ishaan and will doubt on them."

When contacted Amit he asserted, "I am entering the show as an obsessive lover who loves his wife very much to an extend that he turns a psycho. He also feels insecure by seeing the closeness of Sonali and Ishaan. Very nice character it is."

Amit Dolawat and Hunar Hali will enter the show in tonight episode.

So is an extra marital affair on the cards? The answer lies with the makers...
