Rahil Azam, the Raaz of the Teesri Manzil...

Ratna Sinha’s Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Naa had roped in Rahil Azam to play the mystery man in the show. As everyone was earlier pondering over the role of Rahil in the show, the actor had given a brief prelude to his role, with first-hand new to Telly Buzz that he was playing a unique split personality role which has never been seen on television before.

Now, opening up the secret to you all and confirms that the 'Raaz of the Teesri Manzil' has something to do with Rahil Azam's character... Although Rahil was reticent to divulge any details about his character, a well-placed source reveals to us that Rahil is the very mysterious character who lives in the teesri manzil. The actor plays a dual character in the show wherein by day, all see him as Swayam, but at night time, Swayam transforms into a woman and is seen as a prostitute, Payal. The entire Ranawat family is aware of the secret except for Aastha, who is kept in the dark about all the happenings. Speaking about the future track, our source reveals to us that Payal is a trained dancer and there might be a dance sequence between Aastha and Payal, following which the two become fast friends, leading to Aastha solving the mystery shrouded for so long.

Coincidentally, Sony has always been known for its thriller shows like CID and Aahat and with Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Naa, daily soaps have also joined the bandwagon of adding thriller elements. In fact, it is the first time that something of this kind is attempted on television. Television soaps have experimented with the usual run of the mill roles like schizophrenic, mentally challenged, split personality characters but a role as such is the first of its kind. With the introduction of this angle, the ratings of the show have done well and the production house as well as the channel is optimistic about the future track.

Keep your televisions tuned to Sony Entertainment Television to catch the promos being aired on the channel and watch Rahil donning the most unusual look ever attempted on television that is bound to keep all the viewers glued to their television sets.
