Aadesh Srivastava and Vijeta Pandit judge Waar Parriwar

Week on week the competition is getting more intense amongst the Waar Parriwar families. Last week Kanpur's Ali family secured a steady place in Vijay Rath as Ujjain's Moyal family took their exit in good spirits with hopes of coming back in the wild card entry. This week judging the families along with in-house guru Jatin Pandit we have composer, singer, musician, brother-in-law Aadesh Srivastava with his lovely wife Vijeta Pandit. Vijeta's presence made brother Jatin Pandit so happy that the duo broke into a song Dekho maine dekha hai ek sapna… from the former's blockbuster movie Love story…

This week's musically affluent families are Mumbai's Ramshankar family that comprises of brother Pradeep and niece Ekta while Jaipur's Rathod family comprises of father Gopal with children Mahipal and Pooja. The mukhya of the day, also the eldest in family Ramshankar, sang Mause naine milayake for the first round, Mukhyaon ka muqabla (Captains' knock). The mukhya of Rathod family was daughter Pooja (who has a Phd in music) who sang Saawariya… from Swadesh.

For Ek aur Ek Gyarah, the second round, Rathod siblings Mahipal and Pooja sang Aaona aa aona…While Pradeep and Ekta from the Ramshankar's teamed up to reply with Ramta jogi

Both the families left the judges spellbound with their amazing singing skills in the third round of the show Hum Saath Saath Hain. Ramshankars' gave a powerful performance as they sang Der na hojaye… Their performance left everyone speechless. Judge Aadesh Srivastava was so overwhelmed by their performance that he promised them an opportunity to sing for one of his upcoming quawwali album. Rathod family gave them a tough competition with a classical song Om namah shivay…

Aadesh Srivastava on his experience on the show says, "It's a pleasure to be on Waar Parriwar with my own Parriwar. Also Gajji is a very dear friend and when he told me about coming and judging the singing skills of the Parriwars, I was looking forward to it. Since Vijeta and Jatinji accompanied me we had good fun. Frankly speaking, judging such talented families is a tough task, but since we are the judges we have to do it. These families have tremendous talent and I wish that the best family wins."

Vijeta who was accompanied by the two important men in her life said, "I enjoy singing as well as listening to emerging talents. Waar Parriwar has a wonderful concept of families performing together, and I must say that I am honoured to be a part of the show."

Our anchor Urmila who took up the subject of the duo Jatin-Lalit rekindling back together raised a lot of eyebrows to which Jatinji was happy to answer that they might get back together to offer scintillating music. Also Ms. Urmila did a little jig with judge Aadesh Srivastava, both of them trying to give competition to Shakira!!

Stay tuned from Monday to Wednesday at 8.00 p.m. A family that sings (well) together stays together! - Waar Parriwar- Sangeet ka Naya Gharana Only on Sony Entertainment Television....

I think the judges are very partial on judging the Rizvi Family. I dont hthink they deserve the marks they get.On the other hand Pradeep is such a trained singer , I dont hink justice is done to him with regards to marks given.
